How long does it take to get started?

We always strive to get our estimates out in a timely matter. However, during our busy season, this can be prolonged up to a couple of days.

Once your estimate is signed and accepted, we will work hard to get your project on our calendar in the next available time slot. During winter months, we will do our best to work around weather for certain projects.

How can I proceed in accepting my estimate?

To proceed with an estimate, and to schedule your project, please review your estimate for errors or any changes you would like to address. Please sign and submit via email, fax, or mail. Estimates in some cases can be accepted via phone, and would need to be collected by the crew leader at the start of project.

At each estimate appointment, your estimator will provide you with a color chart, along with our company brochure to help you make a decision on your new improvements.

Do I need to be present for an estimate appointment?

For interior bids, we need to have the home owner present. However, if it is an exterior bid, we can still estimate without anyone being home. However, by all means, if it works with your schedule, we prefer you to be home so we can answer all your questions or areas of concern.

Do you provide samples?
